We are seeking an Account Executive, Digital to join our global Healthcare team. This role supports the development and execution of integrated digital initiatives for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, contributing to the strategic vision and day-to-day delivery of client programs.

The Account Executive will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of digital communications and marketing activities across channels, working closely with internal cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital strategy within a highly regulated environment, with exposure to omnichannel thinking, analytics, and evolving digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and passionate about healthcare communications. They bring a foundational understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape, an interest in digital innovation, and the ability to navigate the complexities of industry regulations while delivering thoughtful, effective work for clients.

What you'll do:

  • Support day-to-day digital account management across pharmaceutical client accounts, helping to execute integrated communications programs that align with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and brand strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with account, digital, creative, strategy, and earned media teams to support the development and execution of digital initiatives, including websites, email campaigns, social media (paid and organic), digital advertising, and platform-based programs.
  • Assist in coordinating digital deliverables across markets, ensuring timelines, scopes, and approvals are clearly tracked and communicated to internal teams and clients.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain digital content, creative assets, and project documentation, including version control and submission of materials for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review.
  • Participate in client calls and internal working sessions; support meeting preparation, draft agendas, capture notes, and document next steps and action items.
  • Help translate client feedback and strategic direction into clear, actionable guidance for internal teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment in a highly regulated environment.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of digital performance metrics, working with senior team members to develop status updates and campaign reports with key insights.
  • Monitor digital and social trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and healthcare industry developments, sharing relevant insights to inform client programs and innovation opportunities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced global agency environment by proactively managing tasks, meeting deadlines, and supporting team-wide initiatives and culture-building efforts.

Experience that contributes to success:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital communications, digital marketing, or account management, preferably within a PR, communications, or integrated agency environment supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare clients.
  • Foundational understanding of digital and social channels within a communications or reputation-led context, including websites, email marketing, paid and organic social media, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
  • Experience supporting digital programs for regulated industries, with familiarity navigating Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes and incorporating feedback accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders across global or multi-market accounts.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including account, creative, digital, earned media, and strategy to support integrated campaigns and client deliverables.
  • Experience using digital and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp or similar), as well as analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics and social platform insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear status updates, meeting notes, timelines, and internal or client-facing documentation.
  • High attention to detail and organizational rigor, particularly when managing content, creative assets, approvals, and version control in a regulated environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, global agency environment with shifting priorities and evolving client needs.
  • Proactive, collaborative team player with a strong interest in digital innovation, healthcare communications, and building expertise within the pharmaceutical space.
  • Commitment to contributing to a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative culture, including participation in training, learning opportunities, and employee resource initiatives.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range between:
$35,000—$75,000 USD
