• Usage data: pages visited, features used, evaluation results

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service, including AI-powered skill evaluations
• To transcribe and analyze audio responses using OpenAI's Whisper and GPT models
• To generate Career IQ scores, percentile rankings, and authenticity assessments
• To parse and extract structured data from uploaded resumes
• To display public profiles and leaderboards (when you opt in)
• To improve our Service and develop new features
• To communicate with you about your account and the Service

4. AI Processing

We use OpenAI's APIs to process your data. This includes audio transcription (Whisper), skill evaluation scoring (GPT-4o), and resume parsing (GPT-4o-mini). Your data is sent to OpenAI for processing but is not used by OpenAI to train their models when accessed through their API. We retain transcripts and scores in our database to provide you with results and analytics.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). Audio files are stored in Supabase Storage. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• OpenAI — for AI processing (transcription, scoring, resume parsing)
• Supabase — for data storage and authentication
• Google — for OAuth authentication
• Other users — only your public profile data when your profile visibility is enabled

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can toggle your profile visibility at any time from your dashboard. To request data deletion, contact us at support@jobb.ai.
