Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Jobb.ai (the "Service"), operated by TradingPlus Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), a company organized under the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Jobb.ai is a professional Career IQ platform. Users take voice-based challenges that are transcribed and evaluated by AI. The Service provides Career IQ scores, percentile rankings, authenticity assessments, and shareable results. Users can also upload resumes for AI-powered parsing and maintain public professional profiles.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile information current. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including audio recordings, video recordings, resume data, and profile information.

By using the Service, you grant TradingPlus Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, process, store, display, and distribute your content — including but not limited to audio recordings, video recordings, resume data, transcripts, and profile information — for the following purposes:

• Providing, operating, and improving the Service
• Training, developing, and improving our AI models and evaluation algorithms
• Developing new features and services, including but not limited to video-based evaluations
• Generating aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified datasets for research and analytics
• Displaying public profile data to other users when your profile visibility is enabled

When used for AI training or research purposes, your content will be anonymized or de-identified to the extent reasonably practicable. This license survives termination of your account, except that upon account deletion your personally identifiable content will be removed from active systems within 30 days (anonymized derivatives may persist).

5. Audio and Video Recordings

The Service may require you to record audio and/or video responses as part of the evaluation process. By initiating a recording, you consent to the capture, transmission, storage, and processing of your audio and video data. You acknowledge that:

• Recordings are transmitted to our servers and processed using third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI for transcription and scoring)
• Recordings and their transcripts may be used to improve evaluation accuracy and develop new features
• You must not record content belonging to third parties or content that infringes on any rights
• We may introduce video-based evaluations in the future, subject to the same terms and the license granted in Section 4

6. AI-Generated Content

Evaluation scores, skill assessments, percentile rankings, and feedback generated by the Service are AI-generated and should be considered informational only. They do not constitute professional advice, certification, or endorsement. Scores may vary between sessions and are not guaranteed to be accurate or comprehensive measures of professional ability.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate scores through deceptive means (e.g., reading scripted answers, using AI-generated responses)
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent evaluation limits
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your professional qualifications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without authorization

8. Authenticity and Anti-Cheat

The Service includes authenticity analysis that evaluates the genuineness of your responses. Low-authenticity scores may result in reduced visibility on leaderboards. We reserve the right to flag or remove evaluations that appear to be manipulated.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by TradingPlus Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. The job title database used in the Service is derived from O*NET, a program of the U.S. Department of Labor, used under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingPlus Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting support@jobb.ai.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes.
