Account Manager - Ebury Connect (eFX Solutions)

Ebury Sao Paulo - Office based

We are looking for an Account Manager for Ebury Connect at Ebury who will act as the main point of contact for strategic clients integrated with our platform. This role combines operational and commercial responsibilities, with a focus on increasing account profitability (upsell and cross-sell), relationship management, and operational flow management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic clients using Ebury Connect, building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Create and execute commercial strategies aimed at increasing revenue from clients within your portfolio (upsell and cross-sell).
  • Conduct regular performance review and follow-up meetings with clients.
  • Ensure completeness and excellence in operational processes related to the accounts under your management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Treasury, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Technology) on actions aimed at resolving incidents and implementing improvements.
  • Collect client feedback regarding Ebury Connect products and identify opportunities for operational and product optimization.
  • Experience with FX quotation, settlement, and reconciliation flows will be considered a plus.

Experience & skill set

  • Previous experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management.
  • Experience in international payments and foreign exchange operations.
  • Experience managing corporate accounts (key accounts) or B2B partners.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical profile with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across operational and commercial teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
