About the Role

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to support the growth of our Fixed Plant business across the Goldfields region, with a strong focus on Kalgoorlie. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen our presence on site, improve customer engagement, and unlock new business opportunities in an underdeveloped market.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to operations, spending time on site, and building practical, value-driven relationships with customers. Depending on capability and performance, there is a clear pathway for progression into a Regional Sales Manager role.

What you will do:

Sales & Customer Growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships through regular customer engagement and site visits
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with business objectives
  • Support the growth of key product lines and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Contribute to strategic supply agreements with key accounts

Market Development & Strategy

  • Provide insights on customer needs, market trends, and product opportunities
  • Support product development initiatives based on customer and site feedback
  • Actively position Bradken early in customer decision cycles

Pipeline, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and customer activity in Salesforce
  • Contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Monitor and optimise sales processes to improve efficiency and outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Support alignment across internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery outcomes

Planning & Execution

  • Plan and prioritise regional activities to balance customer engagement, opportunity development, and internal coordination
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives and regional growth strategies

About You

Background & Experience

  • Experience working with Fixed Plant equipment, mineral processing, or similar mining operations
  • Background in technical sales or account management, OR hands‑on experience in fixed plant operations, maintenance, or processing environments, with a desire to move into sales. 
  • Understanding of customer site environments and operational challenges within mining

 

Candidates with deep fixed plant equipment and product knowledge are strongly encouraged to apply.

Work Style

  • Willingness and ability to be regularly on site in Kalgoorlie is essential
  • If based in Perth, must be comfortable with frequent travel and working in field environments
  • Able to balance site engagement with internal coordination and reporting

This role is based in Kalgoorlie (Preferred) or Burswood
