What you’ll be doing

As we are growing rapidly, we're looking for an Account Specialist to provide high-quality account management and support to a portfolio of our SMB restaurant partners. This portfolio will include medium-sized chains and independent restaurants, meaning you’ll work with a wide variety of partners and day-to-day topics.

You’ll work closely with your partners to improve their performance, introduce relevant products, and support them in their daily operations. This is a role that combines commercial thinking, data-driven decisions, and hands-on collaboration with partners.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to build strong partnerships and drive growth. 

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Support onboarding and manage relationships with SMB restaurant partners.
  • Drive adoption of Wolt products and services across your portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs and helping them succeed.
  • Improve partner performance through regular check-ins, data insights, and quality reviews.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners in your portfolio.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally—especially with operations, marketing, and sales—to solve challenges and support partner growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to stay informed.
  • Use data to prioritize actions and identify opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Share partner feedback to help improve our ways of working and product offering.

Our humble expectations

  • 1-3+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or similar roles.
  • Interest in building long-term partner relationships and developing commercial skills.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to help partners succeed.
  • Strong communication skills: you can build trust and adapt to different audiences.
  • An analytical approach: comfortable working with performance data (experience with tools like Looker or Power BI is a plus).
  • Proactive and hands-on: you take initiative and ownership of your work.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and quick to learn new tools.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
