As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support under supervision in our Facilities Department. This position will assist with data entry in multiple systems, pulling rates, and other administrative tasks. Critical for success are strong attention to detail, prioritize and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting of maintenance/facilities costs
- Credit card management
- Manage filing systems of prior/current plans, general maintenance at all properties, etc
- Family property record keeping of plans, maintenance, etc
- Insurance renewals of contractors, contracts, and invoices
- FleetFocus software management
- Other duties as assigned.
