
Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of affiliate managers while driving performance and accountability through KPIs;
Define and execute scaling strategies across key GEOs, focusing on partner acquisition and reactivation;
Oversee commercial terms (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid), monitor traffic quality, and mitigate fraud risks;
Own the affiliate P&L, analyze ROI/retention metrics, and drive data-based decisions to ensure profitability;
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to support brand positioning and conference strategy.
2+ years in affiliate marketing (iGaming experience is highly preferred);
Proven track record in managing or mentoring a team;
Experience working with LatAm and Tier 2 markets;
Strong understanding of affiliate economics (CPA, RevShare, ROI, LTV, NGR);
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL or BI tools are a plus).
A results-driven mindset with the ability to take full responsibility for the team's output;
Ability to balance rapid growth with business risks and long-term goals;
Excellent communication skills for managing high-level partnerships;
