
We’re hiring an AI Automation Lead to help EQT replace manual work with intelligent automation. Starting in the procurement and vendor domain, you’ll identify high-impact opportunities across the digital workplace and lead the design and deployment of AI agents and automation to transform how we work.
The Digital Experience (DEX) team sits within EQT’s Technology department and focuses on enabling smarter, more connected ways of working. We combine design thinking, platform strategy, and intelligent automation to improve collaboration, reduce complexity, and elevate the work experience for EQT teams globally.
This role exists to accelerate EQT’s use of automation and agentic AI — to reduce manual work, improve transparency, and drive digital scale. You’ll start by focusing on the procurement and vendor management domain, building AI-enabled workflows that streamline assurance, evidence collection, and vendor lifecycle operations. From there, you’ll expand to other high-friction areas across the DEX landscape.
You will be hands-on with strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders and partners to turn complex processes into scalable, auditable automations. Your success depends on execution, clarity of ownership, and your ability to transform work through smart technology.
