
Identify and implement AI solutions to optimise customer support, CRM, and iGaming product user journeys;
Configure and manage AI tools (chatbots, automation flows) in platforms like Intercom;
Improve UX through AI-driven automations;
Design and optimise automation scenarios for player lifecycle, retention, and engagement;
Build and optimise Slack automations (alerts, workflows, internal bots) to improve team efficiency and communication;
Monitor AI and support performance (CSAT, automation rates), analyse results, and continuously improve workflows;
Use chat and product analytics to identify friction points and suggest UX/product improvements;
Support teams in adopting AI tools and best practices.
2+ years in customer operations, CRM, or digital products (iGaming is a strong plus);
Experience with Intercom or similar platforms;
Hands-on experience with chatbots, automation tools, or AI assistants;
Understanding of customer journey, UX, and retention mechanics in digital products;
Analytical skills and experience with performance metrics;
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Support, or CRM teams;
At least Intermediate level of English.
