Application Support Analyst

Ebury Malaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and smooth operation of our critical enterprise applications. You will act as a key technical resource, ensuring our systems are optimized and providing high-quality support to our global users. 

What you’ll do

1. Core Application Support

● Provide Tier 2 technical support and functional configuration for a portfolio of enterprise applications, including Salesforce, FenX, Atlassian Suite (Jira, JSM, Statuspage, Compass, Assets), Slack, and Notion.

● Handle routine administration, user provisioning, and permission management within supported platforms.

● Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents, coordinating with vendors or internal dev teams when necessary. 

2. Operations & System Support

● Partner with the Operations team to maintain and support mission-critical business systems, including our Core System.

● Monitor system performance and contribute to stability and reliability initiatives.

● Assist with the integration and maintenance of specialized departmental applications. 

3. Process Improvement & Documentation

● Create and maintain clear documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles.

● Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and improve support workflows.

● Provide guidance to junior team members and conduct training sessions for end-users to improve platform adoption. 

What you’ll need

● Technical Expertise: Strong functional and administrative knowledge of either the Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and eventually Atlassian Suite (Jira, JSM, Assets).
● Proactivity: A "can-do" attitude—you don’t just close tickets; you look for ways to make the system better for everyone.
● Organization: The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
● Empathy: A patient and supportive approach to helping colleagues solve technical frustrations.
● Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders. 
● Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a multidisciplinary team and enjoy sharing knowledge with your peers.
Nice to Have:
● Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent Atlassian certifications.
