- Create PO and email to Admin/IT for issuance to vendor
- Process payment
- Preparation of CWT
- Filing of CV and AP documents
- Monitoring of checks on hand and advice vendor for availability of their checks
- Petty Cash Fund
- PCF replenishment summary and accounting journal
- PEZA
- Farm – In and Farm Out
- Weekly reports to PEZA on covid 19 and WFH
- SSS Online Notification and Payment Processing
- Online submission
- Reimbursement
- Monitoring
- General Accounting
- Accrual of expenses
- Preparation of FS schedules
- Compliance Monitoring
