SHIFT: Sunday - Thursday (6:00am - 4:00pm) FULLY ONSITE ROLE

Factor a brand of HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Director, Culinary Operations.  The Associate Director of Culinary is a dynamic leader overseeing all chef success and advising activities, providing strategic vision, and directing culinary operations. In this key leadership role, the candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring the highest standards of culinary execution, quality, and operational efficiency. With a strong background in culinary arts, strategic thinking, and management skills, the successful candidate contributes to strategic planning and offers broad administrative direction for overall operational excellence.

You will …

• Lead and inspire a dynamic culinary team, providing guidance and mentorship to chefs and staff members.
• Contribute to the strategic planning process, offering insights and expertise to enhance culinary operations and overall organizational success.
• Oversee the execution of culinary activities, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality, innovation, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Evaluate and improve culinary processes, implementing best practices to optimize performance and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Provide broad administrative direction, shaping the vision for culinary activities and playing a key role in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of operations.
