A leading provider of core components for global car manufacturers, VS Company is supporting the emerging trend of the vehicle industry.

Associate S&OP Analyst

Responsibilities:

  •  Supply required materials to customers through outsourced W/H
  •  Determine daily EDI requirement to create Sales Order
  •  Daily order processing (Create SO, Verify AR release status)
  •  Adjust break-point for new materials based upon new material available timing & OEM requirement
  •  Provide material contingency plans as needed
  •  Provide S&OP solution to OEM to address mismatching issues between materials & part numbers
  •  Join S&OP meeting with HQ to provide update on S&OP activity if required
  •  Overview and determine relevant material labels for W/H team, plants and company
  •  Tracking & reporting results to management and working closely with the cross-functional team to maximize the business
  •  Plan work for warehouses and make sure inventory is ready for delivery
  •  Maintain optimal inventory level by controlling demand forecast and purchasing plan
  •  Preparation of regular report material
  •  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years experience in related sales and logistics
  • Organized and detail focused in communications and process documentation
  • Ability to problem solve complex customer & supplier issues to be a part of the solution
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ERP, MRP, and WMS
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills necessary to lead discussions with internal/external stakeholders (e.g., customers, HQ) and develop successful resolutions of complex customer/supplier issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry handheld items weighing up to 10 lbs. (e.g. laptop, documents)
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (International & Domestic) annually
  • Ability to work early/late hours as required

Preferred:

  • Bilingual in Korean and English
  • Experience in manufacturing environment & supply chain role (S&OP, Demand planning, Supply Planning)
