Get to know the role
What you’ll do:
Rhythm of Business
Represent the Automated Retail (AR) business when communicating via executive summaries and business readouts. Run quarterly business reviews. Be an advocate for the AR team.
Work with the team to design and build new reports. Reports could be related to Tableau, Oracle, or other tools.
Provide status updates to management.
Customer Experience
Work with the Customer Service team to report on status of major issues impacting customers, and to quantify impact.
Analyze reporting and customer sentiment.
Work with customer service as needed to build communications.
Financial Management
Work with the finance team to manage the budget. Build the budget, track spending, review income statements. Understand cost structures of various parts of the business.
Track the status of major projects and investments.
Work with finance, treasury, tech teams, and Visa, on issues related to payments, chargebacks, and Oracle. Project manage and drive issues to resolution.
Work with the tax team on tax management and reconciliations.
Business Process Improvements
Analyze processes between Automated Retail and E-commerce, and find opportunities for workflow and process efficiencies.
Find opportunities for business process improvements. Document workflow, processes, and playbooks in an effort to build consistency in operating procedures. Build new business processes and formalize escalation paths.
Build business cases and estimate impact before we invest in changes and improvements. Use data to inform what features and optimizations are needed. Inform business strategy.
Vendor and Account Management
Manage relationships with account managers and executives from vendor partners.
Run a consistent process for reviewing and vetting new and existing vendors by working with the procurement team. Conduct third-party research on businesses, trends, and innovations, then educate the team.
Manage relationships, business reviews, contract discussions, and issue escalations.
Work with legal to understand policies and regulations.
What you'll bring
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $95,000.00 - $127,000.00 per year. The full range is $95,000.00 - $172,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate's qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
