Ebury London Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

We’re looking for a talented Brand Designer II to help bring Ebury’s brand to life across digital and physical touchpoints. You’ll be a hands-on maker with strong craft fundamentals, translating creative direction into high-quality, consistent work that feels premium and on-brand.

You’ll work closely with Brand, Marketing, Product and other partners to create assets that support campaigns, launches and always-on communications - while learning fast, sharpening your point of view and contributing to a growing brand system.

What you’ll do

  • Support the execution of brand work across key surfaces including social, web, CRM, campaigns, presentations and physical activations.
  • Translate creative direction into clear, high-quality assets with strong attention to detail, craft and consistency.
  • Design with multi-platform support in mind, ensuring work scales across formats, channels and devices without losing clarity or quality.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a library of core brand assets and templates that help the team move faster with consistency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, iterate quickly and deliver to timelines.
  • Apply and extend our visual identity system across new use cases, documenting decisions where helpful.
  • Participate in critiques and reviews, proactively seeking feedback to raise the quality of your work and the team’s output.

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in brand and communication design (in-house, startup, agency or studio).
  • A portfolio that shows strong craft fundamentals, taste and attention to detail across typography, layout, composition and colour.
  • Experience designing across multiple mediums and formats (digital-first, with print, OOH or event exposure a plus).
  • Confidence working within a brand system, with the ability to apply it consistently and thoughtfully across new assets.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills - comfortable sharing work-in-progress and iterating quickly with partners.
  • Solid organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple requests without losing attention to detail.
  • Ideally, some experience in fintech or financial services (or similarly complex domains), with an interest in simplifying complex ideas through design.

Why Ebury?

  • Competitive Starting Salary with an annual discretionary bonus that truly rewards your performance from day one.
  • Dedicated Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced managers who are invested in your success.
  • Cutting-Edge Technology: Leverage state-of-the-art tailor made tools and systems that enable you to perform at your best.
