The role  

As a Business Analyst , you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 6-8 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. 

You will thrive in this role if you are:

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, refine, and document business requirements to enable advanced fraud prevention and detection capabilities.
• Lead the design of technical solutions that address fraud risks while ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet both business objectives and technical standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows for implementation teams.
• Support and guide the solution development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution reviews.
• Work within Agile environments and actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery reviews.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to encourage knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement in fraud solution design.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fraud prevention, financial services, or risk management domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience in designing end-to-end technical solutions, considering scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with proven cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of fraud prevention frameworks, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements related to financial crime.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

   Nice to have qualifications  

• Hands-on experience implementing advanced fraud detection technologies, such as machine learning models or AI-driven analytics.
• Excellent background in data analytics, including designing and optimizing reporting solutions for large-scale financial datasets.
• Deep understanding of global financial regulations, with practical experience integrating compliance requirements into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working with cloud platforms, APIs, and modern data architectures in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
