Business Analyst Middle [Identity]

Our team is responsible for centralized storage, processing, and quality of customer master data. We ensure a single, reliable source of truth about users, supporting processes of validation, consolidation, and data distribution across company systems.
We directly impact critical business processes related to identification, personal data, and customer experience.

 

Challenges that await you:

• Collect and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and related teams (KYC, Onboarding, Risk, etc.), define changes in MDM systems, and oversee their implementation

• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business units

• Analyze current business processes for handling personal data (collection, validation, normalization, deduplication, addresses, documents, etc.)

• Participate in defining deduplication, merge, identification, and version management rules

• Monitor data quality and integrity, investigate the root causes of anomalies and discrepancies

• Prepare documentation and artifacts (BPMN, UML, Data Flow diagrams, etc.)

• Collaborate closely with development, architecture, compliance, and data governance teams

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product management within fintech or banking

• Basic knowledge of SQL is mandatory

• Experience in collecting and documenting business requirements

• Experience working with personal data, KYC/KYB processes, or MDM systems is an advantage

• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills

Your bonus skills:

• Experience with BI tools (Superset, Tableau)

• Understanding of how APIs and Kafka (or similar tools) work

• Experience participating in MDM system migration or integration
