About this role

The TeleSales team at Plata is a dynamic unit that plays a key role in customer acquisition and is one of the company's primary growth channels.

We manage our own in-house call center and collaborate with several external partners across Latin America. Our work is grounded in deep data analytics, effective telemarketing strategies, and close cross-functional integration to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Challenges that await you:

  • Analyzing the TeleSales team's business needs and pinpointing customer acquisition growth opportunities
  • Engaging with external stakeholders to understand their objectives and transforming their requests into clear, actionable requirements
  • Formalizing business specifications and handing them off to the development team
  • Performing analytics on the performance and effectiveness of launched features and calculating their economic impact (ROI/business case)

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in the telecom, fintech, or telesales sectors)
  • Proven ability to formulate requirements and write comprehensive business specifications
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and align with diverse stakeholders (from call center operators to C-level executives)
  • Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)

Your bonus skills:

  • Working knowledge of SQL for hypothesis testing and analytical data preparation
