Role at a Glance:

The Business Operations Manager is responsible for owning and delivering cross-functional execution programs within the Office of the COO. This role ensures that high-impact initiatives tied to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and cross-business-line coordination are executed with discipline, clarity, and measurable outcomes.

Operating in a multi-business-line environment, this role focuses on turning priorities into shipped results by managing follow-through, resolving cross-functional friction, and maintaining operational cadence.

Business Related Responsibilities: 

  • Cross-Functional Program Ownership
    • Lead second-tier and staff-level cross-functional initiatives from scoping through completion.
    • Define timelines, milestones, ownership, and success metrics for assigned programs.
    • Ensure sustained follow-up and escalation of blockers to drive on-time delivery.
  • OKR / KPI Execution Management
    • Own the operational execution of the company-wide OKR and KPI process.
    • Ensure departments provide timely updates, data inputs, and action plans.
    • Maintain tracking discipline and visibility across performance cycles.
  • Operational Rhythm & Coordination
    • Drive follow-up from Business Rhythm Meetings, ensuring actions are executed.
    • Coordinate across Revenue, Finance, IT, Product, and Operations to maintain initiative momentum.
    • Support execution across SaaS mapping, software implementations, and collections-related programs.
  • Data & Analysis Facilitation
    • Coordinate data extraction and validation to support program decisions.
    • Produce structured updates and insights tied to execution outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to improve execution standards, tooling consistency, and process efficiency.
    • Support initiatives that enhance operational discipline and cross-team clarity.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program/Project Management, Consulting, or similar operational roles.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience managing OKR/KPI frameworks, operational performance tracking, and accountability processes across multiple teams.
  • Strong ability to translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans with clear timelines, owners, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience coordinating initiatives across functions such as Revenue, Finance, Product, IT, and Operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive follow-through, manage dependencies, and escalate blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Strong analytical and data coordination skills, including collecting, validating, and synthesizing operational data.
  • Experience producing structured updates, dashboards, or operational reports to track initiative progress.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior leadership.
  • Experience working in SaaS, fintech, technology, or high-growth operational environments preferred.
