The Business Systems team defines and builds the business IT architecture that supports the commercial operation of Waymo's autonomous fleet. The team stands at the intersection of finance, operations and IT; through creative architecture, expertise and attention to detail, it ensures that Waymo has world-class capabilities across all its business processes.

You will:

  • Create the “to-be” technology footprint and define the solution road map across Claims & Insurance, LMS, and GTM tools, with a phased implementation approach aligned to strategic business objectives.
  • Work on the setup, integration, configuration, and ongoing support of Risk and Insurance systems (e.g., Origami and TPA), LMS platforms, and Salesforce, including customization of Salesforce workflows and other integrated systems, and supporting processes such as claims life cycle management, FNOL, user training and certification.
  • Lead configuration, customization, and integration efforts across systems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms (e.g., Origami, LMS, Salesforce, data warehouses) and enabling scalable, reliable, and efficient business operations.
  • Drive end-to-end functional activities including process definition and re-engineering, requirements gathering, data mapping, fit/gap analysis, solution design, testing, training, reporting, production support, and continuous improvement across Risk and Insurance, LMS, and Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Work on creating Business requirements document, Functional specification document, Technical specifications document, process flow diagrams, user stories, and test cases to support the design and development of a wide variety of business system tools
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful products and/or features, including process, and change management.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent years of work experience.

  • 5+ years of experience working with GTM tools, including Risk & Insurance systems, LMS platforms, and Salesforce, with full life cycle implementation.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a proven track record of implementing impact cross-function programs in a complex organizational environment.

We prefer:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or equivalent)

  • Relevant professional certifications

  • Experience with enterprise systems, integrations, and data management

The expected base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.  Waymo employees are also eligible to participate in Waymo’s discretionary annual bonus program, equity incentive plan, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.

Salary Range
₹3,000,000—₹3,570,000 INR
