We invite you, a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior C++ Engineer, to join our team full-time and ensure the reliability and stability of the company's infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Design the full architecture of the core platform and its supporting systems
- Make key technical decisions on C++ stack, infrastructure, and overall system design with minimal oversight
- uild the initial production-ready implementation
- Establish engineering standards, development practices, and a high bar for code quality for team members
- Contribute to hiring efforts, including technical evaluations as the team expands
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and Head of Engineering
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial C++ (C++17/20) development experience
- Experience with high-performance or financial systems (exchanges, brokers, trading platforms
- Deep knowledge of low-level optimization, memory management, concurrency, and lock-free structures
- Solid understanding of network protocols: TCP/UDP, WebSocket, FIX
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores
- Basic understanding of distributed systems design
- Knowledge with Rust or other systems languages is a plus
