So, what’s the role all about?

We build advanced Financial Market Compliance solutions that help global banks detect,

prevent, and investigate financial fraud.

Our key product — the NiCE Trading Recorder — captures and stores massive volumes of regulated communications (voice, video, and digital channels) so institutions comply with strict financial regulations.The Trading Recorder has been modernized into a cloud-native architecture. With this foundation in place, our current focus is on gradually introducing AI-supported features that improve automation, analysis, and overall product efficiency. We continue to strengthen reliability, security, and integration with communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SIP/VoIP , and enterprise telephony while exploring where AI can add practical value to daily compliance workflows

How will you make an impact?  

• Work in a cross-functional Scrum team alongside engineers, QA, architects, and product owners.
• Build and maintain high-performance, cloud-native components of our platform.
• Design APIs, microservices, and data flows for large-scale distributed systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code — supported by AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Own the full lifecycle of the components you build:
• architecture → development → testing → deployment → observability → quality.
• Apply best practices in security, performance, and distributed system reliability.

Have you got what it takes?

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience)

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong C# / .NET development background
• Solid understanding of design patterns (DDD, SOLID), clean code, maintainability, and modern development practices
• Experience building distributed, cloud-native, or microservices systems
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (Azure)
• Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization
• Knowledge of secure coding, encryption, and application security
• Good English communication skills — direct, clear, and collaborative
• A positive team mindset and passion for building great software
• Curiosity about new technologies, including AI tooling
• Collaborate through Git-based workflows, code reviews, and continuous integration

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Experience with event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus)
• Cloud-native observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Exposure to ML/AI concepts or integration of AI services
