About this role
Valley Health at Home by BAYADA is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA for a per diem opportunity performing home health visits with adult and senior patients throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
As a home health CNA, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
Please note: as this is a visiting CNA position (seeing several patients per day), candidate must have access to reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities for CNA:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
A Certified Nursing Assistant must:
- Must be listed on the Nevada Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
- Have at least one year of work experience
- Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- Have a criminal background check completed
- Meet all state requirements
