What you’ll do at Jamf:

The Channel Account Executive (Hyperscaler) is responsible for growing Jamf’s Hyperscaler business through channel partnerships by developing and executing partner strategies that drive pipeline, bookings, retention, and on-time renewals. The primary focus will be in EMEIA, but may include coverage in AMER and APAC. This role serves as a subject matter expert and Jamf evangelist within the channel, building high-level partner relationships and aligning cross-functional resources to support partner success. The Channel Account Executive operates within the broader sales organization and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Channel Enablement teams to bring Jamf’s Whole Product Experience to market through channel partners.

This role is hybrid in London. We are only able to accept applications for those based in the UK or have sponsorship to live and work in the UK.

 

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Develops and executes a channel business plan to grow and scale the Hyperscaler business rapidly with key stakeholders at AWS, Microsoft, and existing and prospective partners, operating at or above assigned quota level.
  • Maintains high-level relationships with champion and executive level contacts within partner organizations to sustain engagement and drive strategic alignment.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services within partner entities to ensure vertical offerings are understood and brought to market effectively.
  • Partners closely with the Channel Enablement Team (Sales and Technical) to drive alignment and achievement across channel activities.
  • Connects appropriate decision makers and Jamf sales teams for client engagement, facilitating introductions and deal progression.
  • Identifies customer needs and works with Product Management to ensure product features and benefits are matched to market demand.
  • Creates and manages campaigns relevant to specific vertical needs to develop sales pipeline for the Jamf sales team.
  • Works with EMEIA Marketing teams to create relevant content for sales enablement and demand generation programs with key channel partners.
  • Selects and attends appropriate trade shows to ensure vertical marketing is represented effectively and Jamf offerings are communicated to customers and prospects.
  • Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission, and purpose of the organization.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Channel Account Executive or channel management experience (Required).
  • Professional working proficiency in English (Required).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute channel business plans and meet or exceed quota (Required).
  • Experience managing C-level and executive-level partner relationships (Required).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM/client management software (Preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation (Required).
  • Experience working within EMEA channel ecosystems, including Apple or reseller partner networks (Preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience (Preferred).
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
  • Travel: 60%
