Chief Of Staff

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Chief of Staff who will be pivotal in driving strategic growth initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency within the leadership team, ensuring comprehensive OKR implementation, and assisting the founder with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, business development, strategic planning, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Co-Founders and leadership team on company objectives, translating them into actionable workstreams
• Develop and communicate strategic road maps, corporate strategies, and business strategies
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes, design improvements, and ensure these are rolled out effectively
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives, setting timelines, milestones, and clear deliverables along with managing the orphan-functions in the organisation
• Lead, steer and facilitate the meetings with top management, understand the project planning, retrospective and backlog creation upon the different teams’ priorities, company strategy and vision
• Consolidate data from various sources to create dashboards and executive summaries
• Highlight trends, surface potential issues, and propose solutions for improvement. In addition, provide the leadership team with clear, actionable insights to inform decision-making.
• Support the development of frameworks that reinforce a high-performance culture—e.g., goal-setting, feedback loops, and recognition programs
• Tackle urgent or high-priority projects at short notice, using a combination of data analysis, stakeholder input, and creative thinking

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of total experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting and 3+ years of experience into business operations, strategy, or a related role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or similar experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Blockchain/Web3 domain is highly desirable
• Exposure to BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is beneficial
• Familiarity with Project Management tools and agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal skills; able to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing challenges across the functions in the organisation
