What we're looking for:

You will use your direct experience as a Recruiter or Account Manager in the Travel Allied Clinician Industry to serve as a partner and key collaborator with our clients to understand their staffing needs. You will proactively solve problems, fill open jobs for Allied Clinicians across all specialties, and ultimately grow these strategic relationships to maintain and expand our business.  The Client Account Manager, Allied will take initiative, setting objectives and creating actionable plans to deliver results. You will be a resourceful, solution oriented problem-solver, expertly navigating areas such as how and when jobs are posted, upcoming projects or staffing challenges, what the job submission requirements are, and the interview and offer process cadence. You will remove barriers where possible and work collaboratively with the product and Allied Advocate teams to increase our submission-to-offer rate. The Client Account Manager, Allied will be the day-to-day relationship support required to place and retain Allied Clinicians.

Your responsibilities:
  • Maintain trusted relationships with the most complex and critical assigned Allied clients, resulting in a 100% retention rate of current and future accounts.
  • Meet assigned targets for growth in current accounts.
  • Develop new relationships that result in successful additions to our client roster.
  • Gather and track feedback from clients and create reports on the health of relationships and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership on the Allied Advocate teams to improve standing with clients through higher quantity and quality of placements.
  • Proactively identify and offer solutions to barriers for growth in our accounts and placements.

  • Goal setting & focus: Scrutinizes problems from a systems perspective, drawing out subtle connections, and interdependencies in order to solve multiple issues simultaneously.  Clearly defines and frames complex issues despite incomplete or ambiguous information, addressing all critical elements 

You have (required):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of experience in Nursing or Allied healthcare staffing, either in Account Management or Recruitment
  • Experience operating within a VMS
  • Experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships and growing a book of business within Allied healthcare 
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to write reports, create presentations and communication skills with the ability to hold challenging conversations

You may also have (preferred):

  • AAS or Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 to 4 years of travel healthcare staffing Account Management, with experience focused on Allied Health professions.

Trusted reasonably anticipates the below to be the annual base salary range for this role. The final compensation for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what Trusted reasonably anticipates for this position. We are committed to transparency, and any compensation questions will be addressed early in our recruitment process. 

Annual Base Salary Range
$79,292—$89,203 USD
