Pay Rate: $20/hr**
BAYADA Habilitation is seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Habilitation Technicians—Companions/Buddies who support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building independence and reaching their goals.
This is a meaningful opportunity for anyone passionate about helping others live fulfilling, self-directed lives. No experience required—just heart, patience, and the desire to make a difference. We offer PAID training to support you in your journey.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Build long-lasting, one-on-one relationships with a flexible schedule to fit around your life.
- Spend time doing fun, meaningful activities—like exercise, hobbies, community events, or rewarding programs like Special Olympics.
- Support clients in skill-building (budgeting, socializing, shopping, transportation, exercise, etc.).
- Provide care with dignity, respect, and attentiveness to each individual’s needs.
- Promote safety and well-being in both home and community settings.
