We zijn op zoek naar bouwprofessionals, zowel op locatie als kantoor, met ervaring in het gebruik van software voor het plannen en beheren van bouwprojecten. Onze ideale kandidaat is proactief, nauwkeurig, vriendelijk en gepassioneerd over het verbeteren van de bouwsector. Onze Construction Success Managers werken nauw samen met klanten, adviseren en begeleiden hen bij succesvolle platformimplementaties, trainingen, workflow-consultancy en continue engagementprogramma’s die zorgen voor klanttevredenheid en uitbreiding van hun Fieldwire-account. 

Wat je gaat doen

Je zet je ervaring als bouwprofessional in om klantprocessen te ontwikkelen en te adviseren, en wordt zo een vertrouwde adviseur voor je klanten. Als Fieldwire-product- en trainingsexpert werk je om de zakelijke doelstellingen van je accounts te begrijpen en help je klanten om het maximale uit Fieldwire te halen. Bij het implementeren, trainen en ondersteunen van je klantenpaspoort pas je dezelfde mindset toe die je gebruikte bij het managen van bouwprojecten: obstakels wegnemen en processen vooruit helpen. 

De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden van onze volgende Construction Success Manager zijn: 

• Een Fieldwire-productexpert worden en best practices leren voor het configureren en gebruiken van het platform 

• De bouwbehoeften en huidige tech stack van klanten begrijpen om Fieldwire naadloos te integreren in hun dagelijkse workflows 

• Een portfolio van klanten beheren (nieuw en bestaand) om het gebruik en de processen van Fieldwire te verbeteren 

• Lange termijn relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met Fieldwire-klanten 

• Online en fysieke trainingen en demonstraties geven om klanten te onderwijzen in Fieldwire 

• Het productteam ondersteunen bij het identificeren van problemen en het doorgeven van klantfeedback voor productverbeteringen 

• Problemen oplossen indien nodig om vragen over het product te beantwoorden en technische issues te verhelpen 

Vereiste vaardigheden en ervaring: 

• Minimaal 3 jaar professionele bouwervaring, bij voorkeur met een combinatie van veld- en kantoorrollen 

• Uitstekende presentatie- en communicatieve vaardigheden 

• Zelfgemotiveerd, zeer georganiseerd en sterke time-management vaardigheden 

• Diplomatie en geduld bij het oplossen van klantproblemen 

• Comfortabel communiceren met iedereen, van voorman tot senior managers 

• Basiskennis van het bouwproces van ontwerp tot oplevering 

• Inzicht in hoe alle partijen binnen een bouwproject samenwerken om een succesvolle planning/begroting te realiseren 

• Creatief kunnen brainstormen over oplossingen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van klanten 

• Bereidheid om te leren in een dynamische startupomgeving 

• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels

Who we’re looking for 

We are looking for field-based, or office-based construction professionals that have experience using software to plan and manage construction projects. Our ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, friendly, and passionate about improving the construction industry. Our Construction Success Managers work closely with clients, advising and guiding them through successful platform deployments, training(s), workflow consultation, and continuous engagement programs that ensure their satisfaction and Fieldwire account expansion.  

What you’ll be doing 

You'll utilize your experience as a construction professional to develop and consult on client processes, becoming a trusted advisor to your customers. As a Fieldwire product and training expert, you will work to understand your accounts’ business objectives, helping them extract the most value out of Fieldwire to meet those goals. As you deploy, train, and support your book of business, you'll apply the same mindset to customer interactions that you did to the construction projects you've managed: remove roadblocks, and drive the process forward. 

The primary responsibilities of our next Construction Success Manager will be to: 

• Become a Fieldwire product expert and learn best practices for configuring and utilizing the platform. 

• Understand client construction needs and current tech stack in order to seamlessly integrate Fieldwire into a company’s day-to-day workflows. 

• Manage a portfolio of customers (new and existing) to help improve their Fieldwire usage and processes. 

• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with Fieldwire clients. 

• Conduct web-based and in-person training(s) and demonstrations to educate clients on Fieldwire. 

• Assist the product team in identifying issues and communicating customer feedback for product improvements. 

• Troubleshoot, as necessary, to help communicate answers to product questions and resolve technical issues. 

At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Construction Success Manager to have the following skills and experiences: 

• 3+ years of professional construction experience, preferably with a combination of field and office management roles 

• Excellent presentation and communication skills 

• Self-motivated and highly organized, with strong time management skills 

• Diplomacy and patience when working through customer issues 

• Comfortable communicating with anyone, from foreman to senior-level managers 

• A basic understanding of construction process from design to completion 

• An understanding of how all the different parties on a construction project interact and how they work with each other to drive a successful schedule/budget 

• Ability to creatively brainstorm unique solutions to client issues relevant to their needs 

• Desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment 
• Fluency in Dutch and English
