Job Description:
- Remotely control and monitor company sites through cloud-based software.
- Provide remote training and customer support.
- Troubleshoot operational and electronic problems within the charging system.
- Monitor and upgrade the company's system control methods.
Qualifications:
- Second / Third year student for Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience in a monitoring and control/technical support role.
- Ability to withstand pressure.
- Customer-facing work capability.
- Data analysis skills and drawing conclusions.
- Relevant experience - an advantage.
- Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends.
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop.
Advantages:
