Position Summary 

We’re seeking a full-time Creative Production Coordinator (official title: Creative Coordinator) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. We’re seeking a candidate with strong production experience to support the end-to-end execution of studio photoshoots and creative content. This role bridges creative direction and production — ensuring on-brand, high-quality imagery across ecommerce, lookbook, and campaign shoots. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented creative who thrives in a fast-paced studio environment, understands current fashion and visual trends, and knows how to bring product stories to life, maintain budget and keep production workflows organized and on-track.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Support the creative and production lifecycle of studio photo and video shoots—from pre-production planning through final asset delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with styling, brand, and photo and production teams to ensure image quality and storytelling meet ecommerce standards.
  • Support the implementation of efficient studio workflows, file management, and post-shoot organization.
  • Help monitor and manage shoot budgets, contracts, vendor coordination, and resourcing as needed.
  • Manage the upload of imagery assets for each shoot - review selects and provide creative input to maintain visual cohesion across all deliverables.
  • Ability to effectively manage and clearly communicate overall project timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs to all stakeholders.
  • Act as main point of contact between internal and external partners alike – on and off set.
  • Maintain organized records of shoot-related finances and project timelines.
  • Manage day-to-day critical issues and troubleshooting of production challenges with seasoned ability to adapt and pivot.
  • Assist Creative Production team with invoicing, location booking, receipts, logistics and ad hoc requests.

Job Requirements 

  • 1-3 years of experience in a creative production or production assistant role, ideally within fashion, ecommerce, or content production.
  • Solid understanding of photo production processes, including scheduling, logistics, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Working knowledge of lighting, posing, and ecommerce photography standards.
  • Proficiency in Workflow Management. Working knowledge of Capture One strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Collaborative mindset—comfortable working across creative, production, and brand teams.
  • Experience working on ecomm photoshoots required.
