- Monitor key performance metrics (Retention, ARPU, Reactivation, Bonus Cost, Bet Frequency) and deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, BI, VIP, CS, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure CRM activities align with product launches, gamified features, and regional trends;
- Contribute to Spanish-language communications tailored to LatAm audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and strong player engagement.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention Marketing within iGaming (Casino experience is mandatory; Sportsbook is a strong advantage);
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, automation tools, bonus engines, and segmentation logic;
- Strong understanding of Casino KPIs (Retention, ARPU, Reactivation Rate, Bonus Cost, Wagering Behavior) and basic Sportsbook metrics;
- Experience running A/B tests and interpreting campaign performance data to drive optimization decisions;
- Upper-Intermediate+ English (required);
- Spanish proficiency (highly appreciated for LatAm content review and cultural alignment).
