
Plan, launch and optimize CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push;
Manage player lifecycle communications: activation, retention, reactivation, upsell;
Segment player base and analyze campaign performance;
Support creation and execution of promo campaigns for Sportsbook and Casino;
Prepare tasks for design / content teams and control delivery timelines;
Maintain and update CRM templates, bonuses, and promo mechanics;
Ensure timely execution of marketing communications according to promo calendar;
Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements.
1+ year of experience in CRM / Marketing / Retention / iGaming / Betting;
Experience with CRM tools, ESP, or marketing platforms is a plus;
Experience with segmentation and campaign analytics;
Experience working with bonuses / promotions / offers;
Basic analytics / BI knowledge is a plus;
Experience working with promo calendars.
High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy across management reporting;
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
