🎯 Role in a Nutshell

We’re on the lookout for an Arabic & English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our superstar team and make a real impact.

 

Please note: This job is for our Night Team and it is based on a 3:3 working basis (3 days in, 3 days off) with a shift pattern of 11PM - 9AM

 

📍 This is a fully office-based position at our sunny and spacious office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

 

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

• Providing friendly support in Arabic via email and live chat.
• Handling requests with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding clients’ needs and offering proactive solutions.
• Keeping customer satisfaction front and center.
• Collaborating closely with the team to improve support processes.

 

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Arabic & English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive attitude with a knack for support or sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience as a support agent is a plus!
