Customer Support Agent - Czech/Slovak Speaking (night shift)

We are looking for Czech/Slovak speaking Customer Support Agents to join our team and make their own contribution to our products. The position comes with excellent company perks and monthly performance bonuses reaching up to 50% of your gross salary.

 

Please note: This job is for our Night Team and it is based on a 3:3 working basis (3 days in, 3 days off) with a shift pattern of 11PM - 9AM

 

Role Requirements:

• Fluency in Czech/Slovak & English, both written and spoken
• A proactive attitude with a knack for support or sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience as a support agent is a plus

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing friendly support in Czech/Slovak via email and live chat
• Handling requests with strong attention to detail
• Understanding clients’ needs and offering proactive solutions
• Keeping customer satisfaction front and center
• Collaborating closely with the team to improve support processes
