We are looking for English speaking Customer Support Agents to join our team and make their own contribution to our products. The position comes with excellent company perks and monthly performance bonuses reaching up to 50% of your gross salary.
Role Requirements:
- Providing support in English by email and Live chats;
- Processing with great attention to details and content;
- Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
- Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
