Customer Support Agent - Romanian Speaking

We are looking for Romanian speaking Customer Support Agents to join our team and make their own contribution to our products. The position comes with excellent company perks and monthly performance bonuses reaching up to 50% of your gross salary.

 

Role Requirements:

• Fluency in Romanian & English, both written and spoken
• A proactive attitude with a knack for support or sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience as a support agent is a plus

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing friendly support in Romanian via phone calls, emails and live chats
• Handling requests with strong attention to detail
• Understanding clients’ needs and offering proactive solutions
• Keeping customer satisfaction front and center
• Collaborating closely with the team to improve support processes
