Customer Support Specialist - Brazil

About this role

As JustMarkets continues to expand its presence across the LATAM region, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can help us deliver outstanding service to our growing international client base. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support while ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our products and services.

You will assist clients by resolving inquiries, guiding them through the platform, and addressing their needs with clarity and efficiency. Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese will allow you to communicate confidently with clients across multiple markets and help us strengthen our relationships throughout Latin America.

Working closely with internal teams, you will contribute to maintaining high service standards while continuously developing your knowledge of financial markets and our products. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and client-focused approach will play an important role in supporting JustMarkets’ growth in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently respond and communicate with clients to understand and service their needs via live chat
  • Effectively analyze customer data to make appropriate recommendations and problem resolutions
  • Resolve product or service concerns by clarifying the customer’s problem, determine the cause, select and explain the best solution to solve the problem, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service by facilitating positive long-term relationships and a high potential for repeat business
  • Build rapport with clients and effectively diffuses conflict and opposition
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Commit to meeting quality standards in processing customer adjustment

Requirements

  • Proficiency speaking and writing in Spanish and English
  • Computer literacy
  • Able to identify ways of solving the problem and present the solution in a verbal and written manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Attention to detail and punctuality
  • Own a laptop (Windows with a minimum of 8Gb RAM Memory or Apple Mac 2015 model onwards.)
  • Stable internet connection
