Data Analyst - Tenant Services
Reporting to: Head of Referencing
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for optimising business operations? Join Rightmove’s Rental Services team as our Rental Services Data Analyst, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving efficiency, forecasting resources, and enhancing performance through data insights. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help shape operational strategies that align with our wider business goals, ensuring we continue to lead the market in rental services. What you’ll be doing
- Supporting operational planning and resource forecasting across all of Rental Services.
- Driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives to enhance service delivery across all areas.
- Analysing performance data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Monitoring KPIs and generating insights through effective data management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise business operations.
- Manage projects from start to finish, working across the operation with key stakeholders.
- Aligning operational improvements with Rightmove’s strategy and objectives.
- Ensure business, consumer and customer needs are prioritized in decision making.
Who you are
- A commercially minded analyst who identifies opportunities to improve revenue and performance, with accountability for end‑to‑end delivery.
- Highly proficient in Excel and data analysis.
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in SQL.
- A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- A confident project manager, seeing through change and transformation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Confident in facilitating discussions and driving consensus within teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying efficiencies.
