As a Data Analyst on the Revenue Operations team in our Gurgaon Office, you’ll play a vital role in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows through better data practices and emerging tools. You will own the full lifecycle from scoping automation opportunities to building, validating, and monitoring data pipelines in production. You will transform business needs into scalable data solutions and ensure reliable, high-quality outputs. You will act as a bridge between business and data, leveraging AI to drive efficiency and innovation.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years as a data analyst, analytics engineer, or similar role
  
  
• Experience designing or working with automated systems, data pipelines, or orchestration workflows
  
  
• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise
  
  
• Ability to build scripts that run reliably in automated workflows
  
  
• Deep understanding of relational and non-relational data structures and data flow design

Bonus points if you have:

• Ad-tech domain knowledge
  
  
• Experience working with evals

How you’ll make an impact:

• Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities
  
  
• Design efficient SQL pipelines and data schemas that feed downstream systems
  
  
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards to flag data quality issues, anomalies, and system failures
  
  
• Test and validate new tools and approaches including LLM-based workflows
  
  
• Own projects end-to-end from business requirements through deployment and iteration
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into technical specifications
