Data analyst [Collections]

We are looking for a R&D Analyst to join our Collections team and help us discover new ways to improve collection performance.
In this role, you will focus on research and data exploration to identify new opportunities for improving recovery rates, optimizing customer communication, and making collection processes more efficient.
You will work with large datasets, explore new analytical approaches, and collaborate closely with collections, product, and data teams to turn insights into actionable solutions.

Challenges that await you:

• Conduct analytical research (R&D) to identify new opportunities to improve collection performance
• Explore customer, payment, and operational data to uncover patterns and insights
• Develop hypotheses and validate them through data analysis
• Identify new behavioral signals that can improve collection strategies
• Perform deep-dive analyses to support operational and strategic decisions
• Build dashboards and analytical tools to monitor key collection metrics
• Work closely with collections operations, product, and data teams
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
