Data Analytics Engineer - Expert

We are looking for Data Analytics Engineer - Expert

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related roles, with strong exposure to operational analytics.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in BigQuery (required) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex query design and performance optimization.
• Strong experience with Python (or equivalent scripting) for automation and data processing.
• Proven experience building dashboards with Tableau and/or Grafana.
• Hands-on experience analyzing ServiceNow or ITSM datasets, with understanding of underlying data structures.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, Gemini, or similar) for analytics and productivity.
• Proficiency with Git, VS Code, and modern development workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
• English – Advanced (required).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations, NOC environments, or incident management analytics.
• Background in data engineering and pipeline architecture within cloud environments.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar frameworks.
• Exposure to AI-driven analytics, automation, or natural language reporting tools.
• Experience contributing to architecture decisions or platform-level improvements.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on speed, accuracy, and business impact.
