Demand Planner

Job Description

As our Demand Planner, you will be the heartbeat of our manufacturing operations, ensuring our products move from concept to customer without a hitch. You’ll bridge the gap between business demand and production reality, using data-driven insights to create achievable timelines that keep our customers happy and our processes efficient. 

 

This role is based in Karawatha, Brisbane and reporting to National Planning and Supply Manager

 

You will…

• Develop and maintain high-quality demand forecasts across our Direct-to-Consumer, Retail, and Major Grocery channels.
• Translate long-range business plans into actionable manufacturing schedules that our teams can actually deliver.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Workforce Planning to align equipment and labor needs with upcoming demand.
• Analyze historical data and menu performance to project volumes for exciting new seasonal launches and range concepts.
• Partner with Procurement to manage supplier lead times and ensure raw materials are ready when we need them.
• Support our digital evolution by transitioning manual processes into automated tooling like our Forecast Distributor and OPE.
• Refine our modeling by tracking forecast accuracy against actuals to improve overall equipment effectiveness. 

 

You have…

• 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain Analysis, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (you're a data wizard!).
• Experience with ERP systems (like MFG) and BI tools.
• The ability to turn complex data into clear, high-level information for stakeholders.
• A knack for "creative benchmarking" to handle long-range planning even when the details are still evolving.

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia

Location: Karawatha, Brisbane - Parking On site 

Shift times: 

• Monday: 12pm - 8pm
• Tuesday: 12pm - 8pm
• Wednesday: 8am - 3pm
• Thursday: 7am - 2:30pm
• Friday: 7am - 2:30pm
