The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Soho House Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll support the kitchen with setting up strong mise‑en‑place and confidently running your section in a busy service environment.
You’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes from the menu in line with company standards, while ensuring high levels of food quality and consistency. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining hygiene, safety, and the correct use of kitchen equipment and utensils.

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential

- Salary: 2.562,13 € (Above Horeca CAO) + 8% holiday allowance
- Flexible working hours (Full time, Part time)
- Travel allowance > 7.5km

- Two paid volunteering days per year
