The Development Director of Hillel at Davis and Sacramento will lead the planning and implementation of a comprehensive, multi-pronged fundraising strategy to support vibrant Jewish life across the region’s college campuses.
The Development Director will serve as a strategic thought partner to the Executive Director and a key member of the organization’s leadership team. Ideal candidates are professionals with 5+ years of development and leadership experience. This role will oversee and implement Hillel’s annual fundraising plan, including management of major gifts, grassroots fundraising campaigns, and donor-centered events. The Development Director will also help grow long-term philanthropic sustainability through endowment and legacy giving initiatives.
