DevOps Engineer (Digital Marketing industry)

Project Description

You will be embedded into one or more software engineering teams to provide operational service and infrastructure support. You will deliver service to your assigned team while contributing agnostic solutions to the broader Engineering organization. The role focuses on operating infrastructure, ensuring systems are monitored, automated, scalable, and production-ready. Responsibilities range from server provisioning and infrastructure automation to troubleshooting and application deployments.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and operate production infrastructure with strong automation focus
• Manage AWS-based cloud infrastructure and, where applicable, physical infrastructure
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible
• Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve operational issues
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems
• Troubleshoot issues across the full application stack
• Work with logs to identify and resolve root causes of failures
• Document system architecture and operational procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with AWS (other clouds are a plus)
• Experience with Terraform or Ansible
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux environments
• Understanding of networking and internet fundamentals
• Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB)
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Confident use of Git
• Understanding of security basics (IAM, secrets management, HTTPS/TLS)
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
• Readiness to participate in on-call
• English level: B1 (Intermediate) or higher
