Project Description

As part of the DevOps team, you will be embedded within one or more software engineering teams to deliver infrastructure and operational support. You’ll take ownership of delivering scalable, automated systems and services. Your work will help bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and performant infrastructure across a modern microservices architecture. You’ll be expected to operate infrastructure in AWS, build CI/CD pipelines, monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and support both development teams and live production systems.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions with a strong focus on automation and scalability;
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot infrastructure in large-scale production environments;
• Support developers with deployment, observability, and reliability tooling;
• Develop scripts and automation tools for monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure tasks;
• Collaborate across engineering and business teams to maintain operational excellence;
• Maintain system documentation, deployment procedures, and best practices;
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement tuning strategies;

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps roles supporting large-scale production environments;
• Expertise with AWS;
• Strong Linux skills, with advanced knowledge of system internals and networking;
• Knowledge of Victoria Metrics, Click House, and Grafana;
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Chef, Terraform, or Ansible;
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby;
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration;
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Nagios, or InfluxDB;
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools;
• English: B1+ level (spoken and written);
