The Formlabs Software Team is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead our DevOps Team, a critical function dedicated to empowering our engineers with the best tools, infrastructure, and practices to deliver exceptional software.

The DevOps Engineering Team at Formlabs is committed to building and maintaining a unified, efficient, and scalable platform for our engineering operations. Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and security of Formlabs’ cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and promote software engineering tools such as build systems, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD frameworks.
• Establish and champion standardized engineering processes across teams.
• Define and implement monitoring, analytics, and reporting for products, engineering tools, and infrastructure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training for engineers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record of leading engineers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Deep passion for enabling teams to deliver better software faster.
• Expertise in modern build systems, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement in engineering tools and processes.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining clear, concise technical documentation.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of quality, efficiency, and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and stay current with industry best practices.
