DevRel

As part of our product and engineering growth, we are looking for a DevRel specialist to build our Developer Relations function from the ground up.

This is a key role in shaping our developer community, strengthening our presence in the tech ecosystem, and improving the overall developer experience.

You will define the strategy, set the vision, and drive DevRel initiatives end-to-end.

 

Challenges that await you:

• Building the DevRel function from scratch — defining strategy, vision, roadmap and metrics
• Developing and executing a developer community strategy, including building and scaling both internal and external communities aligned with business goals
• Researching and identifying relevant events, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities, as well as organizing and managing meetups and community initiatives (both internal and external)
• Transforming internal expertise into external-facing content and community engagement
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams to align initiatives
• Building relationships with developers and IT audiences across different countries, driving awareness and engagement within the tech community

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of experience in DevRel / Developer Advocacy for developer communities and IT audience behavior
• Experience building initiatives or functions from scratch
• Ability to define strategy and execute hands-on
• Experience organizing events, meetups, or community programs
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in ambiguity
• Fluency in English
