More about the role:

The Director – Marketing Communications will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and driving all outreach initiatives for the firm. This role owns end-to-end brand communications across internal and external channels, including PR, digital marketing, events, and reputation management. The individual will work closely with leadership to strengthen brand positioning, manage media relations, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead brand communications across internal and external channels, ensuring consistency
  • Oversee press releases, social media content, and digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads)
  • Manage media relations, PR activities, and crisis communication initiatives
  • Plan and execute marketing calendar activities including events, awards, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
  • Mentor and lead the team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture

Experience that contributes to success:

  • Strong experience in marketing communications, PR, and brand management
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies
  • Experience in managing media relations, events, and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, and content strategy
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, track performance, and drive results
  • Adaptability to evolving industry trends and a proactive approach to problem-solving
